Due to the nature of food items, we unfortunately cannot accept refunds on those items.
If an item is out of stock and we have to refund you, we will request the refund through PayFast. Please note that EFT payments can take up to 2 days to reflect in your account and credit card payments can take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
